Terms and Conditions

• The maximum purchase is one (1) profile picture per email address; however, you can donate as much as you desire to the individual charitable organization.
• When you donate and get a profile picture, you will not 'own' any part of the www.MillionMomPicturePage.com, www.ConnectingMoms.com, ConnectingMoms, LLC, or any of its affiliates or third parties mentioned on this site. You will be granted a non-exclusive privilege to submit an image along with your name and state (country if outside U.S) which will then be published on the MillionMomPicturePage (site) homepage in the respective space.
• ConnectingMoms, LLC, www.connectingmoms.com, and www.millionmompicturepage.com are not charitable organizations. They are for profit companies that will try and raise over 1 million dollars upon sale of 1 million profile pictures and donate to the charities selected by the purchasers of the profile pictures (see FAQ’s). For tax information relating to your donation, you will be sent an email confirmation from the “Network For Good Organization”. You can also visit them at www.networkforgood.org.
• You may change the image, city, state and quote by logging into your profile.
• You may not change the charitable organization or screen name, so you must be sure that all provided information is correct, which will be published for at least 5 years.
• You donations are 100% NON-REFUNDABLE.
• No obscene/offensive/adult images/links will be accepted, and ConnectingMoms, LLC reserves the right to decide what is appropriate for the site. If you submit an image that is rejected, you may, at the full discretion of ConnectingMoms, LLC, have the opportunity to provide an alternative. There are zero percent (0%) refunds. Once you make a donation, it is final and legally binding. If you have any issues with your donation, you must contact the charity you made your donation to directly.
• Images must be in GIF, PNG, or JPEG format
• Images must be of the mom whose information is also attached to the image.
• You must have the legal authority to provide the image that you submit to the site.
• Funds must be fully received and cleared before your profile picture can go live on the site.
• There might be an occasional downtime for site maintenance.
• Once you have placed your order and the funds have cleared (i.e. Received by the charity and the charity has sent a confirmation of your donation to www.MillionMomPicturePage.com), we will aim to get your profile picture online within 1 minute. It may however; take up to 1 day if there is a technical difficulty.
